We have been placing dental implants since the mid-1980s, and the technology has evolved considerably since then. Individual tooth implants have become much more common. We use a technologically advanced placement system, which is much kinder to the bone. Mini implants are frequently used to stabilize dentures. We also offer mini-implants for replacing individual teeth, as an economical alternative to full sized implants.

A single tooth can be replaced using an implant topped with a specially designed crown. If you have several teeth missing, they can be replaced with a bridge attached to implants. Restorations supported by implants are longer lasting than bridges, and they do not require any alteration to your existing teeth.

One of the most common problems with implants is called bone die back. This occurs because the implant design isn’t favorable to keeping the height of the bone. We are proud of the design and quality of our implants, which do not cause die back. We believe they are among the highest quality implants available anywhere.

Dental implants are becoming quite popular for stabilizing dentures. They can eliminate most common issues such as difficulty chewing, difficulty speaking, and the need for adhesives. We highly recommend implants, at least for the lower denture. Mini-implants or larger root-form implants can be used. The choice depends largely on your budget, how much bone is available and how much stability you want from your dentures. Root-form implants are much stronger, but they are also more expensive.
